You need to be comfortable editing text files and following a setup guide. Each pack comes with step-by-step instructions and you can be up and running in under 60 seconds. No programming experience required.

Can I combine multiple packs?

Yes. Each pack is designed to work independently or alongside other packs. The full bundle includes all five packs (Developer, Creator, Marketing, Ops, and Finance) at a significant discount — $69 instead of $95 when purchased separately.

What's the refund policy?

All sales are final. Because you get instant access to the full pack files via GitHub, there is no way to return them. We stand behind the quality — check the pack contents before buying.

Yes. You get lifetime updates via GitHub. After purchase, you are invited to the private repository where you can pull the latest versions of your packs as they are improved and expanded.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using ClawStack Agent Packs ("Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not purchase or use the Product. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nomadan Apps Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Product

Please read before buying: ClawStack Agent Packs are pre-built configuration files for AI agent platforms (Claude Code and Claude Cowork). Each pack includes an agent personality file, skills, workflows, and templates. They are not a platform, service, or application. The files are provided "as is" and require an existing Claude Code or Claude Cowork setup to use.

Each Agent Pack includes:

An agent personality file (agent.md) defining the agent's identity, capabilities, and behavioral rules
4 specialized skill configurations
2 automated workflow routines
2 ready-to-use document templates
Setup guide for Claude Code and Claude Cowork

We also offer a Bundle that includes all available packs at a discounted price. We reserve the right to modify the Product at any time. Updates are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed on any schedule.

3. What the Product Does NOT Include

To set clear expectations, ClawStack Agent Packs do not include:

An AI agent platform: you must have Claude Code or Claude Cowork already installed and working
LLM API keys: you must provide your own API keys for your chosen LLM provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.)
A managed service or SaaS: Agent Packs are configuration files you install into your own setup
Ongoing technical support or consulting: documentation is provided, but hands-on support is not included in the purchase price
A guarantee of business outcomes: agent performance depends on your configuration, platform, and LLM provider

4. User Responsibility

ClawStack Agent Packs are designed for users who are familiar with AI agent platforms (Claude Code or Claude Cowork). By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have the technical ability to install and use configuration files, or will engage someone who does. You are solely responsible for:

Installing and maintaining your AI agent platform (Claude Code or Claude Cowork)
Providing and managing API keys for your LLM provider
Customizing pack files (agent personality, skills, workflows) for your use case
Reviewing and verifying all outputs generated by AI agents using these configurations
Ensuring your use of AI agents complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Any actions taken by AI agents configured with these packs
Backing up your data and configurations. We are not responsible for data loss

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Payment Processing

We use Lemon Squeezy as our payment processor. By purchasing ClawStack Agent Packs, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to comply with Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and privacy policy. Your payment information is processed and stored entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not have access to your full credit card details.

5.2 Pricing

ClawStack Agent Packs are sold as one-time purchases. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time at our sole discretion. Price changes do not affect existing purchases. We may offer promotional discounts, early-bird pricing, or bundle deals at any time.

6. Refund Policy: All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. No refunds. When you buy ClawStack Agent Packs, you get instant access to the full pack files via a private GitHub repository. Because you already have the files, there is no way to "return" them. By buying, you agree that no refunds will be given for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or failure to use the Product
Lack of technical skill to set up or configure the pack files
Incompatibility with your specific AI agent platform or LLM provider
Bugs, errors, or things not working as expected. These are configuration files provided "as is" (see Section 10)
AI agent performance, output quality, or business outcomes
Features you expected but that are not listed in the product description

The only exception is a billing error (for example, you were charged twice by mistake). If that happens, email us at tryclawstack@gmail.com and we will look into it.

7. AI Agent Disclaimer

ClawStack Agent Packs configure AI agents that use large language models (LLMs) from third-party providers. AI agents may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying agent outputs before acting on them.

No professional advice. The Agent Packs include configurations with names like "Developer," "Marketing," "Finance," and "Ops." These are role names for convenience only. They are not real professionals or advisors. Their outputs do not constitute professional, financial, legal, tax, medical, or any other form of professional advice. You must not rely on agent outputs as a substitute for qualified professional counsel.

AI limitations. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, hallucinated, outdated, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all agent outputs before acting on them. We are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI agent outputs.

8. Third-Party Services

ClawStack Agent Packs are designed to work with third-party AI agent platforms and LLM providers. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies:

Claude Code: Anthropic's agentic coding tool
Claude Cowork: Anthropic's agentic tool for non-technical users
Anthropic: Claude LLM provider
OpenAI: GPT LLM provider
Lemon Squeezy: payment processing for purchases

We do not develop, maintain, or control any of these third-party services. We are not responsible for their availability, security, pricing, terms, data practices, or outputs. Changes to these services may affect the functionality of ClawStack Agent Packs. We are not obligated to update the Product to accommodate such changes.

9. Updates and Maintenance

Updates to Agent Packs are provided at our discretion. We may release new skills, workflows, bug fixes, and compatibility updates, but we are not obligated to release updates on any schedule or continue development of the Product indefinitely. Updates are delivered via the GitHub repository and you are responsible for pulling and merging them into your setup.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NOMADAN APPS LTD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

NOMADAN APPS LTD MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT: THE PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; THE PRODUCT WILL BE ERROR-FREE; AI AGENT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR APPROPRIATE; THE PRODUCT WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR SPECIFIC AI AGENT PLATFORM OR LLM PROVIDER; OR THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOMADAN APPS LTD AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT
ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY AI AGENTS CONFIGURED WITH THE PRODUCT
ANY BUSINESS DECISIONS OR ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON AI AGENT OUTPUTS
ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON AI AGENT OUTPUTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO OUTPUTS FROM AGENTS CONFIGURED WITH THE FINANCE OR MARKETING PACKS
ANY COSTS INCURRED FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICE USAGE, INCLUDING LLM API COSTS
ANY CHANGES TO THIRD-PARTY SERVICES THAT AFFECT THE PRODUCT'S FUNCTIONALITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nomadan Apps Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of the Product
Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service
Actions taken by AI agents configured with ClawStack Agent Packs
Any claim by third parties affected by actions taken by your AI agents
Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right

13. Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach any of these Terms, particularly the license restrictions. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of ClawStack Agent Packs in your possession. Your access to the GitHub repository will be revoked.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The seat of arbitration shall be Nicosia, Cyprus. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and License, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nomadan Apps Ltd regarding ClawStack Agent Packs.
