1. License Grant

Upon purchase, Nomadan Apps Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased ClawStack Agent Pack(s) under the terms below. Nomadan Apps Ltd retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Product itself.

2. What You CAN Do

• Use in your own agent setup: install and use the pack files in your own Claude Code or Claude Cowork workspace for personal or commercial use
• Modify the files: customize, extend, and adapt the agent personality, skills, workflows, and templates to fit your needs
• Use commercially: use the configured agents to support your business operations
• Keep it forever: your license does not expire

3. What You CANNOT Do

• Resell or redistribute the Product: you may not sell, share, sublicense, or distribute ClawStack Agent Packs (or any derivative of them) as a product, template, boilerplate, or similar offering. You are buying the right to use them, not to resell them.
• Share the pack files: you may not share the unmodified or lightly-modified pack files with anyone who has not purchased their own license. This includes posting them publicly, sharing in communities, or giving them to collaborators who are not license holders.
• Remove copyright or attribution notices: you may not remove or alter any proprietary notices in the files
• Claim authorship of the Product: you may customize and use ClawStack Agent Packs, but you may not claim to have created them

4. Team Use

A single license is for one individual. If multiple team members need access to the ClawStack pack files, each must purchase their own license. You may use the pack files in a shared workspace, but the source repository should only be accessible to license holders.

5. Ownership

You own: Your custom configurations, prompts, workflows, and any modifications you make to the ClawStack pack files.

Nomadan Apps Ltd retains: All ownership and intellectual property rights in the ClawStack Agent Packs, including the original files, structure, documentation, and any updates provided.

6. Third-Party Components

The Product is designed to work with third-party AI agent platforms including Claude Code and Claude Cowork. These platforms are subject to their own respective licenses and terms. Your ClawStack license covers only the ClawStack pack files (agent personality, skills, workflows, templates, and documentation). You are responsible for complying with all third-party licenses independently.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license if you breach any of these terms, particularly the restrictions in Section 3. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of ClawStack Agent Packs in your possession. Your access to the GitHub repository will be revoked.

8. No Warranty

ClawStack Agent Packs are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. See our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.

9. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Severability

If any provision of this License is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
